  • We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons such as stock shortage, pricing error, incorrect address, or suspected fraud.
  • For COD orders, you agree to be available to receive and pay for the parcel. Repeated refused or undelivered COD orders may lead us to stop offering COD to that customer.

Our shelves, organizers, and strainers are meant for normal household use. Please read any instructions before installing. Wall-mounted items must be fixed properly to a suitable surface, and you should not exceed a sensible weight of items. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, overloading, or misuse.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the name Siderak, logo, images, and text, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
