Return & Refund Policy

At Siderak, we want you to be happy with your order. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

Returns and replacements

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product arrived damaged or broken
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item or the wrong color

Please report the problem within 48 hours of delivery. Send an unboxing video or clear photos (showing the parcel label and the product) to our email or WhatsApp. This helps us claim from the courier and resolve your case quickly.

Items we cannot accept back

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer
  • Products without original packaging
  • Requests made after 7 days from delivery
  • Returns for a change of mind, unless we have agreed to them in writing

How to request a return

  1. Email getsiderak@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9961637564 with your order number, your name, and photos or video.
  2. We will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or tell you where to send the product. We will then send a replacement or process your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return is approved and received.
  • Prepaid orders: the refund goes back to your original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: we will refund by UPI or bank transfer, so please share your details.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may use the return process above if eligible.

Order not delivered or lost in transit

If your order has not arrived within 7–10 business days of the expected date, contact us and we will track it, then send a replacement or a full refund.
